PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
PHASE SCHEDULE
The project is planned as a single phased project.
The timing for the project will be upon approval of the project.
This single Phase project will consist of 4.18 acres.
The project will construct the curb, gutter, local street width, detached sidewalk, street lighting, landscaping
of public right of ways and project curb cuts as public improvements.
DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
The property Owners intend to start work on the project as soon as City Entitlements and Development
agreements can be secured. It is estimated that the project will take three months to complete from
initiation of the work.
VARIANCES
No variances from any City Standards are being requested for this development.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
No hazardous materials are planned to be stored on site or used on the property as part of the property
operations.
ALTERNATIVE PARKING
No off -site or alternative type parking is planned for the property.
