HomeMy WebLinkAboutWEST VINE STORAGE - PDP - PDP170016 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 1 - PROPERTY OWNERSWEST VINE STORAGE PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN PROPERTY OWNERS OWNERS There are three separate parcels that make up this application Lot 1 of Snyder Minor Subdivision Dorothy and Donald Rein 4029 Highlands West Drive Fort Collins, CO 80526 Lot 2 of Snyder Minor Subdivision Michael, Dorothy, and Donald Rein 4029 Highlands West Drive Fort Collins, CO 80526 Un-platted annexed property Michael and Cassie Rein 4029 Highlands West Drive Fort Collins, CO 80526 EMPLOYEES There is to be one full time employee of the facility for the site. This person is to be on site 24/7 and is to reside on the property with family members. Depending on the situation there may be six or so residences of the property. PROJECT NAMES The project is to be called ` West Vine Storage' The project may have been referred to as `Rein Storage' at the time of Concept Review of the Neighborhood Meeting. PARKING There is to be interior parking for the caretaker's unit for two vehicles. These will be provided adjacent to the residential unit and may be a part of one of the storage units. There is surface parking on site for customers adjacent to the office area adjacent to the southeast curb cut to the property. These parking spaces are to be setback a minimum of 50 feet from the Flow lne of West vine Drive. There will be parking for three vehicles as well as bicycle parking for three. Parking at the office is typically needed for only new clients. The balance of the clients typically park adjacent to the unit that they are renting. The facility will provide for on-line registration and rental of units. This will additionally reduce the need for on -site parking. Access to the storage facility is through a secured gate that requires an access code to proceed into the facility.
