Completed and working well.
4. Removal of the existing on -site, parking area drive aisle speed bumps.
This was the responsibility of the school, and the bumps have not been
removed. It should be noted that it is probably not necessary to remove
the bumps at this time since traffic is flowing smoothly.
5. Modification of the traffic routes for student drop-off and pick-up.
Complete and working well.

Ridgeview Classical School Traffic Improvements Update
This memorandum to the Planning and Zoning Board has been prepared to address
which of the recommended traffic improvements from the Ridgeview Classical School
2004 Traffic Study have been implemented.
The following recommendations were listed in the 2004 Traffic Study, prepared by
Eugene G. Coppola, P.E.:
1. Conversion of the Lemay access from right -in, right -out to three-quarter
access.
2. Modifying the south lane on Stuart to a right -turn lane for traffic entering the
school.
3. Changing the striping on eastbound Stuart, east of the school exit, to provide
a bicycle lane and parking consistent with Stuart to the east.
4. Removal of the existing on -site, parking area drive aisle speed bumps.
5. Modification of the traffic routes for student drop-off and pick-up.
Eric Bracke, Traffic Engineer for the City of Fort Collins, has prepared the following
response with respect to the status of each recommended improvement:
1. Conversion of the Lemay access from right -in, right -out to three-quarter
access.
When the Traffic Impact Study was completed, this item was recommended
but never completed. It was suggested as a "last response" issue. Since
the traffic is now moving effectively, I deemed it unnecessary to remove the
existing island.
2. Modifying the south lane on Stuart to a right -turn lane for traffic entering the
school.
Completed and working ,well.
3. Changing the striping on eastbound Stuart, east of the school exit, to provide
a bicycle lane and parking consistent with Stuart to the east.
