Dear Shelby,
This letter is in response to the City's letter concerning expansion of the
Ridgeview Classical School.
As the owner of two of the office condos located at Stuart Professional Park, I am
strongly opposed to any expansion at that location. Such expansion will only make
parking, traffic flow and congestion worse than now exists. The intersection of East
Stuart and Lemay Avenue is not conducive for additional vehicles. Increase traffic on
surrounding streets for Riffenburgh Elementary School and Edora Park will be unduly
strained. I say no to the expansion.
