Re: Site Setbacks UA
Lotts at Campus W st // ^- y
Dear Peter: cT" I
1 his shall contirm our 4/23/98 telephone conversation where we determined that
project shall have a City Park Avenue street address. Therefore, them all be
subject to a 15' tront setback on City Park. The north setback is a side setback and
therefore need only be 5' wide.
I am enclosing a print of our revised site plan with the buildings shifted as per our
conversation. Our open stair projects 4' into the front setback on the west, and the
building is 24' from the property line. The north side -setback is 8' wide to accommodate
drainage and tree plantings. i his new configuration provides an average of 16' wide
landscape areas on the south side of the units. This is an increase of 7' in width and
benefits the project as additional useable open space.
We are proceeding with the engineering of this design with May 12 as our intended re -
submittal date. Therefore, it you or any of the copied have any concerns or questions
regarding these modifications, I would appreciate being contacted as soon as possible.
Thank you for your assistance.
Very truly yours,
I
