As property manager for Collins Campus West and specifically the building located at
1220 West Elizabeth here in Fort Collins, I have had several conversations with
Timberline Properties concerning their project for the Lofts at Campus West to be located
on City Park Avenue. We are in general agreement with the preliminary drainage plan as
presented to us by John Donaldson. We are awaiting the final drainage plan but
anticipate no problems in granting Timberline Properties a drainage easement for this
proj ect.
