Collins, Colorado Dear Sheri, This letter serves as our response to your review comments concerning the final utility plans for Lofts at Campus West. We have addressed the utility plan review comments, as well as written comments noted on your Project Comment Sheet dated June 30, 1998. We have also addressed the issues discussed at our meeting on Monday, July 28,1998. Plan Redlines The master improvement plan has been updated with the appropriate curb data, dimensioning and legend. The utility easement for the water services is shown on the plat. The speed bumps have been widened to reduce the chance of "high centering". This was done in accordance with our discussion at the site on 7/28/98. The grading has been detailed in the vicinity of the speed bumps. The notes regarding the variance request from the Stormwater Utility requirements have been removed from the Drainage and Erosion Control Plan as you and Basil requested. The variance request is included in the Final Drainage and Erosion Control Report as well as in a separate letter. Both trash enclosures will have brick walls around them. This is indicated by the cross hatched area around the dumpsters. Refer to the architects PDP plan for more information. 4836 S. College, Suite 12 Ft.
