Dear Roger and Jeff,
This letter serves as the response to your review comments concerning the final utility plans for
Lofts at Campus West dated December 4, 1998.
Written Comments
• See site plan submittal by Lockwood Architects for landscape plan.
• A lower detail is provide on the plans for the 2- 4" fire lines and the 6" fire hydrant line.
• Fire lines and hydrant lateral are now shown in the profile.
• Location and size of irrigation lateral are now included on the Master Utility Plan
• The pipe lengths in the construction notes to the fire hydrants have been corrected to match
the plans
This concludes our response to your review comments concerning the final utility plans for Lofts
at Campus West. We feel that all comments have been addressed adequately and a request for
mylars after your next review is appropriate. If you have further minor revisions, please call us
directly at 226-5334 so we can resolve the issue immediately.
