On Tuesday, January 12, 1999, at 1:30 p.m., in the Current Planning Department
conference room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80524, the
Planning Director will conduct a public hearing to consider a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as The Lofts at Campus
West.
This is an apartment project. The request is for 18 dwelling units divided among
three buildings. The project is located on the east side of City Park Avenue,
between West Elizabeth Street and West Plum Street (see map on reverse).
The parcel size is 1.24 acres.
As proposed, primary access is gained from City Park Avenue. There is
secondary access through the Town Square shopping center. Buildings are
three stories in height. The height does not exceed 40 feet.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
