Spring Creek Farms Overall Development Plan - RESPONSE
I . The report has been updated accordingly.

4. The flows in the ditch will be put in a pipe and routed through the site within easements
from the point the flow currently enters the site to the point the flow currently leaves the
site. This has been coordinated with the benefactor of the ditch. The report has been
updated accordingly.
5. Yes the high point was anticipated. The highpoint in Timberline will not be moved.
However, the highpoint onsite will be manipulated to allow some of the runoff north of
the highpoint to discharge along historic paths at historic rates. While the additional
runoff created from development of the site will be captured and routed to the southern
detention ponds. Detention will not be provided for in the Spring Creek Basin. The
report has been updated accordingly.

10. Plan Comments —Drainage Map
a. There is only one irrigation ditch on the property. It will be put in storm sewer until
the land east of Timberline is developed. When the land east of Timberline is
developed the irrigation ditch will be abandoned.
b. The high point in Timberline will remain essentially as is.
11. Plan Comments — Utility Map
a. Proposed storm sewer has been added to utility plan as requested.
b. Existing storm sewer was not in when the ALTA was complete for this project.
When final design starts, existing storm sewer, North Tributary, will be field located
at that point.
