Stormwater, Engineering Transportation Planning, Water/Wastewater, Forestry, Advance Planning, Poudre Fire Authority, Traffic Operations, Transfort, : a. Please see the attached comment sheets and/or redlined plans from these departments. 2. Current Planning: a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. A re -submittal addressing these comments is due by February 14, 2000. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director. If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a status report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required within the same timeline. b. I have a meeting scheduled between city staff, the Union Pacific Railroad, and a representative of the Public Utilities Commission on December 7"' to discuss the issue of pedestrian underpasses along the Union Pacific Railroad track between Prospect and the south end of town. Among the topics to be discussed will be the pedestrian crossing that city staff is requiring you to make. I will keep you informed of the outcome of this meeting. c. Please see the attached flyer regarding the design charette planned for 11/29 and 11/30. d. Please take off reference to the bike lanes along Drake and Timberline.
