HomeMy WebLinkAboutSTATE HIGHWAY 14, EAST FRONTAGE ROAD - ANNEXATION & ZONING (RESUBMITTAL) - 20-00B - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGIm Commu_ _,y Planning and Environmental - _rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins July 6, 2005 Dear Resident/Property Owner On Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hal!, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80521, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an annexation and zoning proposal in your area. The project is known as State Highway 14 — East Frontage Road Annexation and Zoning, #20-OOA. This is a request for annexation and zoning of 35.9 acres of land located on the east side of the Interstate 25 East Frontage Road approximately one -quarter mile south of State Highway 14 (East Mulberry Street). The requested zoning is L-M-N, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer Countv Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been r; pissed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
