1. This site has both the effective FEMA floodplain and the revised Boxelder floodplain
and floodway on it. The latter is a larger floodplain which will control for development
purposes. All development will be subject to the City floodplain regulations. For details on
the floodplain regulations please contact Susan Hayes at 416-2233.
2. The revised Boxelder floodplain information has been submitted to FEMA for review
and approval and will be included in the FEMA Map Modernization program. Preliminary
maps are expected this fall.
