Thank -you, Steve, I appreciate any information that you can provide at this point. Please call that library to find out). * The P&Z Board will determine their course of action on February 20th. It is likely that they will give interested parties the opportunity to speak at that meeting. * I do not think that another presentation from you or Bruce is necessary, unless requested by the Board. Be prepared, however, to address the basement apartment issue and how you intend to resolve it. * I do not think the model and drawings are important or needed at this continued meeting. We will have the drawings in our power point presentation if the Board wants to see them. * The only published procedure for this continued item to a date specific will be in the agenda for the February 20th public hearing that will be published in the Coloradoan about a week prior to the hearing. * I do not think you need to contact Paul Eckman unless you have a legal question that I have not answered for you to your satisfaction. * Typically, and theoretically, the Board will pick up where they left off and try to address only their concern about the basement apartment and parking status. They do control the meeting and their discussion. * The City's Building Code Administrator informed Bruce, at our meeting at the property on January 29th, that the basement apartment is illegal and must be discontinued. You and Bruce need to be prepared to address the Board and tell them how you intend to resolve this issue. I will forward Mike Gebo's e-mail response to me regarding his meeting at the property with Bruce and I. Hopefully I have answered all of your questions to your satisfaction. Steve >>> "Kreul Froseth Architects" <archfro(Dearthlink.net> 02/06/03 12:08PM >>> Hi Steve, I am following up on the continuance meeting on 611 scheduled for the 20th of this month. We would like to know what to prepare and have several questions: If the other members of the board who were absent that evening vote, do they watch the video of the presentation from Jan. so they know the project? Where is the video available?? Do the interested parties speak again? Do we give another presentation? If so, how long should it be? what should we include? Do I bring the drawings and model again? Is there a published procedure for a continuance?
