May this serve as our Letter eUnfnt to provide the additional right -of --way necessary to accommodate your final design and we will instruct our engineers to reflect this dedication on our plans that are in the process of being submitted to the City of Fort Collins. We further agree that any additional costs to our development resulting from this dedication, i.e. short retaining will in our detention pond, will be paid for by Komfeld Koslosky Properties by way of a private agreement between our two companies.
