He wants to preserve the 100-year floodplain of Boxelder Creek as permanent open space. He would like to demonstrate his good faith by entering into an Annexation Agreement. I am now drafting my Staff Memo for the Dec. 19th P & Z and I want to mention the Annex. Agree. Will the Annex. Agree. be an attachment or exhibit to the Annex. Ordinance? Or, is it adopted by separate Ordinance? Or Resolution? In other words, what are the mechanics of the City entering into an Annex. Agree.? Who drafts the Annex. Agree. Does the City Attorney's Office initiate this document? My memo goes out noon tomorrow. Thanks, Ted.
