Dear Mr. Froseth:
After further consideration and after talking with Jenny Nuckols in the
zoning department, it has been determined that your proposed 4-plex at 611
S. Peterson will need to be processed as a Type 2 project.
On another note, the proposed 4-plex does qualify for the small projects
fee, and will be subject to a $400 fee for the POP application, and another
$400 fee for the Final Compliance application.
