Suite 201 Fort Collins, Colorado Dear Linda I am writing to notify you that the Director, as defined in Division 5 of the Fort Collins Land Use Code, has not identified any other governmental agencies that must review the In -Situ Project Development Plan. There is no credible information that suitable Preble's meadow jumping mouse habitat exists within or adjacent to the site. To the contrary, all information suggests that it does not, including staff data and the applicant's report. Therefore, compliance with Section 3.4.1(0)(2.) of the Fort Collins Land Use Code is not warranted allowing the public hearing date for the In -Situ Project Development Plan may be scheduled. However, the project will still need to supply the Natural Resources Department with a response letter from the Colorado Field Supervisor for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service during final compliance submittal, and comply directives contained in it. Sincerely, Doug Moore Environmental Planner City of Fort Collins, Colorado (970)224-6143 281 North College Avenue • P.O. Box 580 • Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 • (970) 221-6600
