(303) 698-1717 fax (303) 778-6004 THE SHOPS AT RIGDEN FARM NOTIFICATION OF MINERAL ESTATE OWNER In accordance with the City of Fort Collins Submittal Requirement # 13 — "Mineral Rights Notification" please note the following: Schedule B — Exception #8 to the Security Title Guaranty Co. Title Insurance Policy for this property lists by Book 32, Page 511 a reservation recorded in February of 1890. The title insurance agent has indicated that this exception is to be considered as an easement and not a direct mineral right. Therefore this notification requirement is not applicable.
