Subject: Spring Creek Farms Re -zoning support
Dear Cameron,
I am a resident in the Nelson Farm neighborhood (South of Drake / West of
Timberline). I was out of town when a neighborhood meeting for Spring Creek
Farm Commercial Center was held.
I have reviewed the 5 acre commercial use proposed and fully support this
use at the Northwest corner of Timberline and Drake. I would love to be
able to walk from my home down the City trail to a restaurant or coffee
shop. I consider sit-down restaurants or other commercial shopping oriented
development to be appropriate fronting either the Timberline or Drake
arterial roadways.
