Dear Susan:
At this time we would like to formally request that the City grant a vacation for an existing
easement for the Redtail Major Amendment #1 Project. We would like to request that the
following be vacated: `
A portion of Tract B - Utility, Drainage, and Public Access Easement - Vacate the
portion of the existing easement in which Building 4, Lot 5 encroaches into Tract B.
Enclosed please find supporting documentation, the Transportation Development Review
application and associated fee of $400.00.
