It has now been shut down for ten weeks (since March 20th) while we have been responding to the City's requests. I am concerned because: 1. Project was approved, mylars were recorded, permits were pulled and we were authorized and allowed to proceed with development work for this project. 2. The result of the shut down has: a. Cost substantial out of pocket expenses. b. A problem for us in getting our excavator back on site and infrastructure completed. c. The risk of subcontractors, as a result of this delay, not being obligated by their original bids, which would require us to go out for bids again today, which bids would be substantially higher. This could increase our cost in the project by over $100,000. file://C:\Documents%20and%2oSettings\solt\Local%2oSettings\Temp\GW}0000l.HTM 06/11/2007
