Re: Redtail/Redtail Ponds Office Campus — Major Amendment
Response to Comments --- May 4, 2007
Dear Steve:
In response to May 4, 2007 Comments:
Number: 16 -- Front, rear and end elevations are being submitted. End elevations are identical.
Number: 17 — The first floor level and central vertical feature will be medium earth tone rough
block. Garage level concrete walls will be covered with a textured finish to match the foregoing
in color.
Levels 2, 3 and 4 will have a light earth tone, beige finish that is complementary to the base —
vertical element color. Windows will be dark brown (store front — medium bronze). Retail
Ponds office buildings will relate to the existing buildings in Cameron Park as a separate project.
You will drive through Cameron Park, pass over a bridge -culvert and go up a hill across a large
open space area to the offices which are at the west side of the property. The office projects will
be different but complementary. They will be separated by a very wide buffer of open space and
also substantial elevation differences. The residential buildings in Phase H are even further
separated by a pond and open space, providing buffering between these different uses.
Number: 18 -- The plans have been revised to say "Major Amendment #1 to Redtail" and dated
with a revised date of 4/11/07.
Number: 39 — All comments complied with or to be complied with. The items requiring further
comments are:
An application has been filed for the vacation of a portion of Tract B easement where Building 4,
Lot F encroaches. An application has been submitted for vacation of a portion of Tract F where
Lot 8 encroaches into Tract F.
