Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, October 3, 2001, at 7:00 p.m., in the Community Room, 215 North
Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer
will conduct an Administrative Public Hearing for a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as Fossil Creek Community Park Project
Development Plan, #28-01. A decision on the park will result from this meeting.
This is a request to develop a 95.2 acre city -owned community park that will include
lighted basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, and lighted ballfields. The property is
located north of Trilby Road, south of Harmony Road, east of College Avenue and west
of Lemay Avenue. The property is zoned POL, Public Open Lands.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may
have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
Please note that the parking for 215 N. Mason Street is located on the north side of the
building. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at 970-
221-6750.
