We would like to formally request a 30 day extension for the 2nd submittal of Mansion Park PDP
documents. We are asking for this submittal due to the complexity and time constraints related to issues
su-rounding the Mansion Park site. A few issues have required major re planning and engineering efforts
to amend. Sotne of the issues include the right of way for Timberline Road, the widening of Sagebrush, and
all of the required utility coordination issues, internal to our design teams and with the city staff. It is our
understanding that a 30-day extension would then require us to subrnit no later than March 18`1". It is our
desire to re submit the PDP no later than the beginning of March

resubmittal deadline 30-day extension
Dear Ben,
February 3, 2003
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 30-day extension to the
Mansion Park PDP resubmittal deadline. Based on the current deadline, the new
resubmittal deadline will be March 18, 2003. This additional time will hopefully be
sufficient to resolve outstanding right-of-way and street design issues and create
a revised plan for this project. An additional extension may be available to you
beyond the new resubmittal date should these issues not be resolved within this
timeframe.
