The items that we will address at the FCP level are: ❑ The detail of lowerings. ❑ The potholing of the water line. ❑ The locations of the firelines ❑ The locations of the irrigation Taps ❑ The detail of the cathodic protection. We have completed the drawings to what we feel is a PDP level. If you find that there is any information that is needed to clarify the thought behind the design please feel free to call us. We have addressed the majority of the comments leaving details to be addressed at the FCP level. If staff feels that they need supplemental information that is not provided please contact us and we will provide it for your review. Plat: We have addressed the majority of the issues. Finalizing reception numbers of offsite easements and ROW will be left until the FCP submittal. Engineering: We have addressed the majority of the comments. Items that are left are: ❑ Final curb return profiles. ❑ Detailed Striping plans to a larger Scale. ❑ Stationing of Drives on Sage Brush. ❑ Final Signing and Striping of the Roundabout. ❑ Showing inlets and valley pans in the Street Plan and profile. Storm Drainage. We have addressed the need for detail and the cover issue on the pipe. We would expect that a thorough review of the drawings and report would be appropriate. The only detail not provided is in the actual WQCV and orifice Structures. This will be addressed at the FCP level.
