2. There is a new vertical control listing for the City of Fort Collins which does not include
fire hydrant benchmark descriptors as being accurate. Therefore, the benchmark
descriptors for this project should come from the new vertical control listing. It has been
discussed tp allow a fire hydrant benchmark descriptor if it id referenced from the new
vertical control list.

City staff has reviewed the revisions submitted for the Kmart Plaza, Fuller's
Texaco Project Development Plan, #38-97, and offers the following comments:
1. The Zoning Department offered the following:
a) Please remove the topo lines from the final site plan.
b) I don't see any building lighting on the main building or the gas island
canopy. Will there be any? Please show on the elevations.
2. Comments from Stormwater Utility are attached.
3. Comments from the Engineering Department are attached.
4. Comments for the Stormwater Utility are attached.
5. Comments from the Water/Wastewater Utility are attached.
6. Comments from the Transportation Planning Department are attached.
(For your records, this Division provided copies of previous comments as
well.)
7. The Current Planning Department offered the following comments:
a) Please add additional language under General Note #1 that the
lighting under the canopy will be recessed, and that the average
maximum of the lighting on the site does not exceed 10 foot-candles in
accordance with the requirements of the Land Use Code.
b) Please label the materials proposed to be used on the canopy (i.e.,
brick columns.)
c) Please show all lighting on the elevations.
