Dear Resident:
The Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Tuesday, September 29, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. in the main conference room at
281 North College Avenue**, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in
your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Fuller's
Texaco, Kmart Plaza Project Development Plan, #38-97A.
This is a request for a 2,800 square feet (approximately) convenience retail store
with fuel sales to be located to the west of the existing Jiffy Lube site. The
project is located on Drake Road, west of the Drake and College intersection.
There is a car was associated with the use, located towards the rear of the
convenience store. Access for the proposed uses will be from the existing
entrance to the Kmart store off of Drake Road.
The Administrative Hearing Officer and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public hearing is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so that all neighbors have the opportunity to attend.
Sincerely,
Leanne A. Harter, AICP
City Planner
