Comment Number 2: The water service routing has been revised to connect at the end of the existing water service. Comment Number 3: The plat from the original subdivision shows a 6' utility easement— I don't know where the 15' easement originated therefore we are now showing the 6' easement. Comment Number 4: The proposed sidewalk width is labeled as 4.5' wide. Comment Number 5: The driveway layout is now radial to the cul de sac. Comment Number 6: The driveway has been regraded to eliminate the need for the sidewalk chase. Comment Number 7: This detail has been updated.
