Shelby and Cameron,
Per a phone conversation yesterday with Oussama Abbas of The Architects' Studio, the developers want
to add a couple of site lights to the car wash portion of the Park South Commercial Plaza, Horsetooth
Carwash - Final Compliance plan. These lights would be in addition to the lighting shown on the Project
Development plan that went to public hearing on March 1, 2005 and was approved March 2, 2005,
According to Oussama, this apparently would put the photometric plan out of compliance with the LUC. I
informed Oussama that the submittal of an alternative compliance plan would be necessary and any
decision would come from the appropriate decision -maker (in this case, Cameron). Would this require a
public hearing?
They will be at staff review this morning for the discussion on the Park South South Commercial Plaza,
Horsetooth Carwash - Final Compliance plan.
