12/13/2016: According to the last round of review the applicant is planning on
using the existing transformer that feeds the motorcycle shop. Light & Power
will need to open the transformer to verify if the existing service to the
motorcycle shop has CT's in the transformer. If the CT's are in the transformer
they will need to be relocated to a CT cabinet by the applicants electrician.

12/13/2016: Please submit a C-1 Form and a One -line diagram to Light &
Power Engineering. Once we have this information we will be able to determine
if the existing transformer can handle the new load or if it needs to be up sized.

11/28/2016: FIRE LANE SIGNAGE PLAN:
The proposed fire lane signage plan is acceptable with the following three
changes:
> Additional sign on the south end of the dead-end EAE drive aisle, in the area
of the trash enclosure.
> Relocate one sign currently located on the north and east side of the access
gate to the east, approximately 30'-40' (still on the north side of the access
road).
> Attach two additional signs onto the gate itself (facing out in each direction) to
ensure the gate is not obstructed from either side.
