College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80522 Attention: Mr. Ted Shepard RE: Ridgewood Hills 4`h Filing — Major Amendment Dear Ted, We have been advised, by Marc Virata, that the City Attorney for land development will not be able to provide my client, Milan E. Timm Revocable Living Trust, with an updated draft of the Development Agreement for the referenced project in time for it to be reviewed and finalized prior to the July 8, 2016 deadline for doing so. Accordingly, I hereby request, on behalf of my client, that an administrative extension of the time for finalizing the Development Agreement be granted by the Director, as provided for in Section 2.2.11 (C) of the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code. It is my understanding that a single extension, for a period of up to six (6) months, may be granted. I respectfully request that the granted extension be for the maximum allowable time period, in order to ensure that all parties have adequate time to complete the necessary steps in the process.
