Chris,
Because of the 'large" attendance of neighbors at the public hearing that vehemently opposed your project the
hearing officer was unable to grant approval. Once you have picked yourself up off the floor I would like to inform
you that the Grant Street Corners, PDP was approved without condition on May 28, 2009. A cover letter and the
actual written decision are in the mail to you. Please remember that there is a mandatory 14-day appeal period
that is now in effect.
You now must submit the required Final Compliance Plan documentation for review and approval. This can be
done at any time. The Final Plan Routing Sheet, with submittal requirements, is attached. Also, the review fee of
$1,000.00 to Planning and $1,000.00 for the Transportation Development Review Fee will apply. They can be
paid with 1 check.
