STAFF PROJECT REVIEW
Date: 8/25/2009
Staff has reviewed your submittal for Grant Street Corners, Final Plans - Type 1, and we
offer the following comments:
ISSUES:
Department: Current Planning Issue Contact: Steve Olt
Topic: Building Elevations
Number: 60 Created: 8/20/2009
[8/20/09] The Building Elevations look good. A 24" x 36" mylar of the Building Elevations
(sheet or sheets) must be prepared for recording with the Site & Landscape Plans.
Topic: Plat
Number: 64 Created: 8/25/2009
[8/25/09] There is a discrepancy in the spelling of the name of the notary public for One
Vantage Properties, LLC. Is it Lindberry or Lindeberry, or possibly even Lunberry (as found
in the telephone book)?
Topic: Site Plan
Number: 61 Created: 8/20/2009
[8/20/09] The Site & Landscape Plans still show 2 new asphalt parking spaces on the alley
for the proposed new single-family house on Lot 4. That house is proposed to have a west -
facing 2-car garage in the structure, requiring a driveway from the alley to the garage. The
driveway must be shown on the Site & Landscape Plans.
Number: 62 Created: 8/20/2009
[8/26/09] Where is someone that lives in the existing house on Lot 4 to park on -site? This is
the house at the corner of Grant Street and West Myrtle Street.
Number: 63 Created: 8/20/2009
[8/20/09] With this development Lots 13 - 18 and 20 no longer exist. Please make this
change in the SITE DATA on the Site Plan.
Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Andrew Carney
Topic: General
Number: 57 Created: 8/18/2009
[8/18/09] Please correct the date on the cover sheet.
Number: 58 Created: 8/18/2009
[8/18/09] Please note that when reconstructing the driveways on Lots 6 & 7 the drives are
required to be paved in concrete from the street to the back of ROW.
Number: 59 Created: 8/18/2009
[8/18/09] Please see red -lines for additional minor comments.
