Specific information about this development proposal is to the right and on the back of this letter. You received this notice because records from the Larimer County Assessor's Office indicate you own property near the proposed development site. Elizabeth Street • The existing CB Potts buildings are proposed to be demolished. • Proposed housing: 223 student housing apartments in 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units. A total of 396 beds are proposed. • Building is proposed to be 5 stories. ■ 314 parking spaces are proposed in a parking garage structure attached to the building. ■ Retail space is proposed along the Elizabeth Street frontage. ■ The site is zoned Community Commercial (C-C).
