I just wanted to follow up in writing regarding the process and next steps, and also send you a copy of the Affordable Housing Plan that is being sent for the City Manager's signature. 1. Once Darin has signed the Plan, it must be filed with the City Clerk. 2. After you have recorded the Plat, and after each of the affordable units have been condominiumized, please let me know what their unit # will be and I will add the legal description of each affordable unit (block, lot, unit #) to the Master Covenant. 3. You and the City Manager will need to sign the Master Covenant and you will need to record it with the Larimer Clerk & Recorder. and the City must receive a copy of the recorded Covenant. 4. Pull building permits and begin construction. 5. The buyer for any affordable unit must receive a certificate from the City confirming that they are an "Eligible Buyer". Then, at the closing of the unit, the buyer must sign the Memorandum of Acceptance. The Memorandum of Acceptance must also be recorded with the Larimer Clerk & Recorder, and the City must receive a copy of the recorded Memorandum. I will let you know as soon as I receive the Plan with Darin's signature. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
