My suggestion is that we add an exception to this sentence to allow for utility work to occur in Willox and Mason and stop at that point, until such time the easement is secure allowing us to continue. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss further. Is there any other questions or issues on the DA? I would just like to coordinate that before I send the agreement back to Paul to review changes so I don't send him this change and then need to seed another change over as well later. We are making improvements to their drive cut to match new grades of Willox. Based on this, weather permitting the timing should start middle of Feb to 1st of March with concrete and paving starting late March to early April (this would include work on McDonalds lot). 2. Limits of work until executed easement - Currently paragraph 4 states no work can commence until the easement is executed. My concern here is that we need to perform utility work (specifically water main and storm) in both Mason and Willox, which does not affect McDonalds. The water main taps and storm inlets in Willox must occur first in order to continue into our site file://C:\Documents and Settings\emcardle\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4ADEE8A2... 10/21/2009
