Per the Plan, no building permits may be issued until the City receives a copy of the Restrictive Covenant with proof that it has been recorded. As of the date of this Memorandum, the Restrictive Covenant has.not been recorded; therefore, please do not issue any building permits for Union Place Subdivision until further notice.
