Dear Wes Lamarque & Andrew Carney,
This letter represents my approval of the following two items affecting my property at 1675 N.
College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524.
Modification and expansion of the existing detention pond in the Drainage
Easement (Rec. No. 99025161) located on the property at 137 West Willox Lane
Fort Collins, CO 80524.
2. Removal and replacement of the driveway access on West Willox Lane as part of the
Right -of -Way improvements being made along the north property line of 137 West
Willox Lane. Approval of this work is conditional upon maintaining access to the
property from West Willox Lane by removing and replacing one half of the driveway at a
time.
