Here is a better description of Transportation Planning comments regarding the Union Place project on the South West corner of Willox Lane and Future Mason Street. 1) For your information, a bus stop is planned for the corner of Willox/College Ave. 2) Suggest including bike parking for residents. Bike parking should be convenient to the entrance, on a hard surface, in a well light area and preferably inside if possible. Include bike parking on plans. 3) Include directional ADA ramps 4) Include all modes in Traffic Impact Study. Additional Comments made during review that did not appear on comment sheet. -Transit stop improvements will not be required per Nicole Han of Trasnfort. -Mason street is a minor collector on the Master Street Plan, Mason Street needs to be built full length of property. -Alignment of Cedar street across Willox to be strait, no offset intersection.
