11 /04/2016: There's a callout to a 10 foot irrigation easement on the plat, but
doesn't point to a defined area (except it's within a 50' storm drainage
easement.) Please provide further information on this irrigation easement, is it
existing, or to be dedicated (and if to be dedicated, presumably it's not to the
City?)

please let me know if you would like any assistance with the proper seeding and
maintenance of these areas to ensure successful establishment. Staff would be
interested in meeting with the landscape contractor on the site prior to seeding
activities to discuss best practices and potential challenges.

11/04/2016: Can I be reminded whether work is being done within Larimer
County jurisdiction? The civil plans have a signature block for Larimer County
Engineering but the more I look at it, I'm not seeing (or recalling) why this is
needed, it appears all work is occurring within City limits.

11/04/2016: There appears to be a pedestrian path that is being built outside
of the platted boundary within Outlot A, Block 2 of the Fort Collins Colorado
Temple. There should be some documentation from the owner of Outlot A
indicating their acceptance of the construction of the path on the property.
Typically, this would also require a minor amendment to the Fort Collins
Colorado Temple approved plan, since it's a change to that approved plan. I will
defer to Zoning on the applicability of a minor amendment to that plan.

Matkins would be the Manager to sign on the approval block for the civil plans.
