Union Place is almost ready to set a hearing date. After today's Staff Review it appears that there are
only a ��issues that need worked out prior to setting the hearing date. Those issues are:
NDetermine how the detention ponds in the N/E corner can work as 1. (Stormwater - Wes will
work off line with Michele White)
2. Make some adjustments to Utility Plans for Engineering (Plans can be emailed to Andrew)
- Adjust Green Leaf St so a letter of intent is not needed to the west of the property (eliminate
retaining wall)
- Take off the cross pan at Mason/Willox,
- Change curb radii to meet standards
3. Need written confirmation that GWET is aware and approves of the easement realignment
(email to Emma)
4. Update Site and Landscape Plans to show standard parkway and sidewalk (email to Emma)
Either request an Alternative Compliance (per Section 3.2.1(N)) to Landscape Standards for not
having the foundation planting's required by Section 3.2.1(E)(2)(d) or add planters to the
Landscape Plan that meet the standard. (email to Emma)
- If Alternative Compliance is requested follow procedure attached.
Need character sketches of tri-plex units (email to Emma)
b Need go ahead from Wally (Survey Supervisor) (Wally and Lane are planning to discuss the
V I boundary issues)
I will send out the standard comment letter and redline plans by next Wednesday, though all
comments, besides those mentioned above, need not be addressed until Final Compliance.
Potential hearing dates are as follow:
July 8 - Need all issues addressed by June 23rd
July 13 - Need all issues addressed by June 26th
July 15 - Need all issues addressed by June 30th
