I am working on the Union Place project in north Fort Collins, located south of Willox Lane and west of College Avenue. Our
client Merten Homes has been in contact with you regarding the project and the City of Greely waterline on it. I would like
to send you a set of preliminary utility plans which includes the plat for your review and comment. What is the best address
to do this?

Michele,
I got the Union Place plans yesterday and I will forward them to our Right -of -Way technician for review.
Depending on work load and questions that they have on the plans, some field review is likely. We anticipate that
we can complete this preliminary review in about two weeks. Additional cross-section and profile details will be
needed prior to Final review and approval. This pipe was installed in the 1950's and due to likely land leveling
activities by the owner since that time, it is impossible to determine the depth without the actual potholing. Keith
Ikenouye can surface locate the pipe upon request by calling 970-371-3718. You may need to pothole in several
locations since you have several planned utility and road crossings. Keith will also need.to be present when your
potholing activities are occurring to help with more precise locations of the existing pipe.

I wanted to follow up my phone call with a couple of questions.
Hopefully you received the plans I sent last week. If so, would you please email Emma McArdle at the City of Fort Collins
that you have received them and that you acknowledge the site contains a City of Greely waterline. If you didn't, please let
me know so I can get a set to you immediately.
Secondly is with regards to the waterline(s) on the site. We need to find out how deep they are. Do you have any
information on this?
