Emma and Andrew,
I have had a discussion with Laine Landau, the surveyor who is preparing the plat of Union Place. The
issue is the west line of the subdivision and the apparent gap between the Brunswig subdivision to the
west. We both agree that the legal boundary line is the north/south 1/16 line, the placement of the 1/16
line is the question. I advised Laine that as far as the City is concerned we are good to bo with the Union
Place Plat and it appears the land to the west of the Union Place plat will become additional ROW of the
unnamed street currently platted there.
This is very brief account of the discussion, if we need to discuss further I will be here most of the day
I know we need to get this plat to the approval process and this was my remaining issue.
