Emma, this email is a follow-up to Dan Moore's email to Michele White dated June 17, 2009 and our telephone
conversation today. Greeley is currently reviewing plans submitted on behalf of Union Place. Those plans
include a description of an easement whose dimensions were previously described as "sufficient width." The
Union Place project is attempting to quantify that description with a more specific description of the size and
location of the pipeline easement. The City of Greeley will not unreasonably withhold approval of a more
descriptive easement. Since Greeley requires more time to evaluate the actual conditions on the ground, we
request the Union Place plans be approved with a condition that the property owner reaches agreement with the
City Of Greeley on a more precisely defined easement description. The width of 30 feet shown on the current
plan may not be the width finally approved.
