The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, February 24,
1997*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a
public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly
known as Ponderosa Park PUD, 2nd Replat - Amended Final, #37-96.
The applicant's request is for 14 single family lots on 2.5 acres, a residential density of 5.6 dwelling
units per acre; located east of the Ponderosa Drive and Orchard Place intersection and zoned RL -
Low Density Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping,
or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend. If your are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this
item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board
typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.

items will be continued to Monday, March 10, 1997 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City
Hall West.
