Merten Inc. is planning to build a mixed -use project at the southwest corner of Willox
Lane and Mason Street in Fort Collins. Of the 80 residential units, 46 (58%) wilt be
affordable to households earning 80% or less of Area Median Income. The breakdown
of affordable units is as follows:
