I see no issue as long as electrical is a minimum 3ft clearance from gas and 5ft from water in the 26' utility easement.

I have been remiss in not sending you these two weeks ago. Can you take a look and see if you have any problems?
Engineering and Jeff County have some proofreading edits to these but otherwise this would be the last look before
filing mylars and releasing permits for the utility taps etc.
