We understand that the pipe will be installed on your side of the property line but the trench excavation may possibly extend on to our side of the line for a short distance. We assume that you will be responsible for the following restoration procedures. 1. Proper compaction of the trench. 2. Replacing the removed concrete pan and sidewalk. The new concrete finish should match the existing as dose as possible. 3_ Restoring the gravel surface of the driveway to match the existing. 4.
