Ted,
I realize now that the landscape plan I sent earlier did not call out mitigation trees. The attached PDF is an
updated version that does show which trees are required for mitigation.

Ted,
We plan to print mylars for Stadium Apartments on Friday. I have attached the FDP set along with architectural
documents for your review. Please let us know if we're ready to go.
Thanks,

Lindsay —thanks for the pdf's. Here's my punch list:
On sheet 2, note 13, please delete "...Revised November 12, 2015 3..."
On sheet 2, note 13, please correct the typo "AND"
Revise Note: "Construct sidewalk to east property line. a+44 Replace with fire lane...
Revise Note: "Keep existing fence, but demo if future abutting m.f. is constructed and replace with fire lane. Replace
with metal fence to match west property line if abutting m.f. is not constructed."
Sheet 3, please verify that Tim Buchanan, City Forester, has reviewed and given final approval.

10/19/2016: Prior to printing mylars, we need to resolve the use of ghosted
imaging for the existing trees as such a graphic is difficult to clearly reproduce.
Sheet 4: There remains ghosted trees along the south and east edges and the labeling does not indicate if these are to
be preserved or removed without having to flip back to sheet 3.
November 30, 2016: Carried Over: Staff remains concerned about vagueness
of this wall being described simply as "modular block." This is not very
descriptive. Staff strongly recommends that this material be upgraded in a
manner that complements the Colored Buff Sandstone in both texture and color.
Staff also recommends that this wall include a capstone for seating to enhance
the potential for gathering. Please add this wall specification to the Exterior
Material Schedule on sheet eight.
Sheet 5 and 8: 1 need a product cut sheet or a sample in order to evaluate what is meant by "Modular Block." Also be
sure to add to the Material Schedule on sheet 8.

11/30/2016: On the Landscape Plan, in the northwest corner, please show how
the electrical transformers are coordinated with, and screened by, the
landscaping.
Sheet 4, I'm still not seeing the two transformers on the Landscape Plan so I don't know how they are integrated with
the landscaping so that they are screened from Lake Street.
